A 2-week engagement that gives you an honest picture of what AI can actually deliver for your business, what your data and infrastructure require, and a prioritized roadmap with realistic numbers attached.
We've seen the pattern enough times. A company decides to "do AI," hires a vendor, skips discovery, and spends months building a system that was wrong for their data from day one. The audit exists to prevent that — whether you hire us to build it or not.
Sources, quality, accessibility, gaps. We review your data state and tell you what AI can realistically use today versus what needs work first.
Highest-ROI automation and AI opportunities ranked by realistic effort. We tell you where AI helps, where it doesn't, and where it would cause problems.
What's AI-ready today and what needs work first. AWS environment, data pipeline maturity, monitoring, security posture.
Where an AI project would realistically fail in your specific environment. The conversation most vendors skip before they start building.
Effort and cost estimates per initiative. Not a generic AI strategy — a specific roadmap for your data, your processes, your compliance requirements.
1-hour call with your technical and business stakeholders. We walk through the roadmap, answer questions, and give you a clear next step.

What does the $3,500 AI Readiness Audit include?
A 2-week engagement covering: a technical review of your current AI setup or data infrastructure, identification of the highest-leverage AI opportunities for your specific workflows, a written roadmap with realistic effort and cost estimates, and a scoping call to walk through findings. You get a document you can act on — not a slide deck of recommendations.
Do I need to commit to a larger engagement after the audit?
No. The audit is a standalone deliverable with a fixed price and no retainer required. About half our audit clients proceed to a build engagement — but that's a separate decision, made after you've seen the findings. The audit is specifically designed so you can take the roadmap to any engineering team, not just ours.
How quickly can we start?
We typically start within 1–2 weeks of signing. We work with a small number of clients at a time, so there's sometimes a short wait. Book a scoping call and we'll confirm availability and a start date on that call.
We don't have an existing AI system — is the audit still useful?
Yes. For companies starting from scratch, the audit maps your data, identifies the most valuable AI use cases for your workflows, and produces a concrete build plan. It prevents the most common mistake: starting to build before understanding what the data actually supports.
Do you have experience with regulated industries?
Yes. Our production systems run in US fintech under regulatory oversight. We understand compliance constraints around data residency, audit trails, access control, and output traceability. The audit addresses these constraints explicitly — not as an afterthought.
